Welcome back to my weekly challenges!!!

After having a week off I feel refreshed……after having caught a stinking cold off my DH.

I am starting the week off with Fancy folds!!! Using “Zoo babies“. this is such a cute set and I have barely used it…..I feel ashamed!!!

This is a double diamond fold…..one diamond at each end, I will write all tutorials for the week onto one file and upload at the end of the week for you all to try. Once the card base is made all you have to do is cut squares to decorate….how easy is that. I used crisp cantaloupe for this project as I only have a few sheets left and want to get it used up

Thanks for popping by, don’t forget to pop by tomorrow

Last day of the week for “Flower patch”

I have loved using this set and I am going to make sure it comes out more often than it has.

Have used up some more retired papers for this project , still have plenty to use though.

I  will be having a week off of challenges next week to let my brain cells recuperate 🙂 I will add some other projects I have been working on during the week, so pop by to take a look.

Welcome back to day 2 of my weekly challenge with “flower patch”

I was really pleased with the way this one came out, blackberry bliss is such a vibrant colour, I will miss it when it retire’s.
I didn’t want to over power the front of the card , so I kept it small and simple.

“Flower patch” challenge week

Good morning, to a lovely sunny morning in clacton.
Welcome to another week of challenges!

This week I am using “flower patch” and I know there’s quite a few of you will say……Tracy! you don’t do flat flowers!!!!! But for this week I am 🙂

When I first saw this set it was a must have!!!! And althoughI used it when I first got it I haven’t touched it until now, very naughty of me as this is a wonderful set.

The card itself is 5in x A4, scored in half. The dsp is retired……I am making myself use up all my old papers……good luck to me!

I also used the woodgrain embossing folder for the center panel  just to add a little pop to the card.

Thanks for popping by

Welcome to day 5 of “In the Meadow

This is my favourite card out of all of them, I wanted to keep it simple but hopefully get the picture to flow and I think I just about managed it…..co;ours used are Soft sky, Lost Lagoon, mossy meadow, old olive and soft suede with a touch of Tangelo twist on the flowers.

Hope this week has given you some inspiration to get those inks out and start sponging.
