A friend asked me, “when we next get together to craft could we make this card”…. not this exact one….she had sent me a picture of a cascading card. Now me being me I had to make one using the new star dies…..I think this year all my cards will be made with these die’s and the stamps to go with these.

I chose to use up some of the Winter Frost dsp, this paper is now retired, but I love it and as I am trying to use up all my scraps I thought this would be the ideal card to use it up on.

Dimensions for this card:

1: 12in x 8in card

score @: 2in, 4in, 6in, 8in, 10in

Mark in 5 1/2in on the 8in side, flip to the bottom and mark @ 2 1/2in; cut between the 2 marks, this gives you the 2 pieces for the base card.

On the 5 1/2in end mark @ 2 3/4in. On the 2 1/2in end mark @ 1 1/4in, score a faint line inbetween these 2 marks.

Take 1 piece and cut up, from the bottom, on the 1st, 3rd and 5th score line, to the faint score line.

Take the 2nd piece and cut down from the top, on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th score line, to the faint score line

Slot pieces  together, this forms the base of your card.
